Electronics & RF Test Team Lead Seen this week
The Role
As Electronics and RF Test Team Lead, you will support ICEYE's engineering growth by leading the team that qualifies new satellite technologies and validates next-generation systems. You will develop test jigs, construct test setups, prepare production documentation, and ensure timely product delivery from concept to qualification.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Electronics and RF Test Team
- Interpret team OKRs and delegate tasks to achieve domain goals
- Lead and contribute to trade studies, design reviews, and verification and qualification documentation
- Ensure smooth and timely product delivery from concept through qualification
- Mentor and support professional development of team members
- Support integration, validation, and issue resolution across internal and external teams
- Report progress, risks, and key metrics to upper management and programme stakeholders
What You Need
Must haves:
- Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with Electronics and Lab Instruments
- Hands-on experience in complex machines assembly and testing
- Proven track record in team leadership or technical lead roles
- Experience with R&D projects
- Demonstrated track record of transitioning products from engineering prototype to serial manufacturing
Nice to haves:
- Aerospace industry experience
- Strong understanding of space product qualification processes, including subsystems and complete satellites
- Experience with PLM or PDM systems for configuration control
