Upper Stage Propulsion Engine System Technical Leader
Within MaiaSpace's Technical Team, you will be responsible for the overall Engines Propulsion Systems for the MSP launcher.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage engine specification for MSP launcher and ensure convergence and consistency with launcher architects and Upper Stage architect, with particular focus on launcher exploitation phase to optimize Expendable Launch Vehicle and Reusable Launch Vehicle business performance
- Contribute to the launcher development and verification plan with strong coordination on tests: objectives, exploitation and measurement plans
- Support tests and flight preparation including flight worthiness file, forecasts and analysis
- Manage First Stage Engine technical database, configuration management and coordination planning with engine suppliers
- Draw and manage technical logic and action plans with engine suppliers regarding technical issues
- Ensure consistency with First Stage Engine system design
- Monitor target engine performance under development worldwide
Design Activities
- Concept studies including trade-offs
- Technical specification and requirements definition
- Functional and justification files synthesis for MSP
- Safety file development
- Test roadmaps and logic planning
Supplier and Strategy
- Ensure coordination and convergence with engine suppliers
