About the Role

The Integration Technician will play a critical role in ensuring that various components and systems of flight hardware are assembled, tested, and installed with the highest quality. Your primary focus will be assembly, install, and testing of flight hardware through development and production of Terran R.

You will collaborate with the production team, integration engineers, and quality team to build, develop, and document job operations. This role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of aerospace processes. You will operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to successfully build and install flight hardware.

Schedule

First shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT. This is a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week.

About You

You have 4 or more years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field. You have experience working in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing critical operations.

You possess a wide range of technical skills including fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations. You can effectively communicate verbally and in writing with engineering and production teams.

You are able to set up and operate a wide range of hand and pneumatic tools along with calibrated tools and measuring devices. You must be able to climb ladders and be comfortable working in tight spaces. You can safely navigate and walk on uneven terrain or surfaces, crouch, bend, squat, and kneel to access low-level areas and perform work duties. You can reach and extend arms overhead for the duration required to complete assembly tasks.
